If your custom written roadmap does not contain at least 3 specific, actionable operational fixes tailored to your business model, simply email us within 14 days of receiving your roadmap and we will issue a 100% full refund ($97) immediately. No questions asked.
1. Refund Request Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund for the $97 Operations Audit:
- You must have completed the 30-minute diagnostic session with Edith.
- Submit your refund request via email to edith@kirazservices.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your written roadmap.
- No detailed explanation is required.
2. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect on your statement within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Bespoke Implementation Packages
Custom operations implementation projects (following the initial audit) operate under individual project agreements detailing milestones, deliverables, and terms specific to that scope.
