Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Kiraz Services website, submitting an application for the $97 Operations Audit, or engaging our operations architecture services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit any forms on this website.

2. Services & Operations Audit Scope

Kiraz Services provides operational diagnostic audits, custom written roadmaps, contractor workflow architecture, and systems implementation for service-based businesses, notary networks, and staffing agencies. The $97 Operations Audit includes one 30-minute diagnostic session and a written 48-hour roadmap detailing specific operational fixes.

3. Audit Application & Approval

Due to capacity limits, Kiraz Services caps Operations Audits at 10 clients per month. Application submissions are reviewed prior to confirmation. Payment of $97 is only due once your booking call is pre-approved and confirmed by Edith.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, custom roadmaps, documented frameworks, site designs, logos, and copy provided by Kiraz Services remain the intellectual property of Kiraz Services LLC. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered custom roadmaps solely for internal business operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiraz Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your implementation of recommendations or reliance on diagnostic advice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. SMS Communications Program

Program Description & Use Cases: When you opt-in to the Kiraz Services SMS program, you can expect to receive updates regarding your application status, scheduling links, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (up to 5 messages per month).

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
